Who we are
Fieldstone Septic ("we," "us") is an independent referral service operated by Logan Jones. We do not perform septic work. We connect people who request a quote with a participating local provider, and we may receive a fee from that provider.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, phone number, email, property or delivery address, details of your request, and your consent choice.
- Collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This may come from our hosting provider, our form provider, spam protection, and basic analytics.
How we use it
- To share your request with a service provider to fulfill it. That provider may contact you about that request by phone or email, and by text (including automated texts) only if you checked the optional consent box.
- To confirm your request, follow up on it, and send reminders you asked for.
- To prevent spam and fraud, keep the site running, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your information to data brokers. We share your information with a service provider only to fulfill your request.
Texts and calls
Checking the consent box on a request form is optional. You can still submit a quote request without checking it; we just won't send automated texts. When you do check the box, you agree that we may share your request with a service provider to fulfill the service you asked about, and that we and that provider may contact you about that request by phone call, text message (including automated texts), and email, using the contact details you entered. Consent is not a condition of getting a quote or of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out (reply HELP for help), or email fieldstone-privacy@agentmail.to. We keep a do-not-contact list and honor opt-outs within 24 hours and pass them on to the provider. We do not send automated texts to anyone who has not checked the consent box.
Who we share it with
- The service provider we share your request with to fulfill it.
- Service providers that help us run the site (hosting, form processing, email, spam protection), only to perform those services.
- Authorities, if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies or similar technology for spam protection and basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep request records for up to [24] months for billing and dispute purposes, then delete them, unless the law requires longer.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of further contact, by emailing fieldstone-privacy@agentmail.to. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
